Each session has specific learning objectives:
- Principles of a Lean Accounting System – learn the principles of lean accounting and learn how the box score integrates these principles into the operating processes of your organization, which ensures a successful implementation of a lean accounting system
- Value Stream Management – learn how to integrate the box score & lean decision making with lean practices & methods to create a value stream management system to control, improve and plan your company’s value streams
- Lean Accounting Implementation – learn the specific steps required to ensure a successful transformation from a standard costing-based system to a lean accounting system. You will learn how to define the role of your executive team and how to create your own implementation plan.
